Located in Black Hawk County, IA, on right bank on downstream side of bridge on State Highway 57 in Cedar Falls, 1.0 mi upstream from Dry Run, and 170.5 mi upstream from mouth.  Prior to July 12, 2012 this gage could not measure a stage less than 83.12 ft. This station has been converted to a flood-alert streamgage, capable of recording all stages.
