LA Hwy 15 bridge at Old River Auxiliary Control Structure, about 1-1/2 miles from head of channel. The head of channel is at River Mile 312.0 on the Mississippi River. The channel is 2.2 miles in length and joins with Old River Outflow Channel about one mile below head.
