Location of Gage :

Upstream of LA Hwy 15 bridge at Old River Lowsill Control Structure, about 1/4 mile from head of channel. The head of channel is at River Mile 314.6 on the Mississippi River. The channel is 7.7 miles in length and joins the Red River at Mile 3.6
